In response to the pressing challenges of climate change, Climind is humbly contributing to AI-driven solutions aimed at promoting effective climate action. During a press conference organized by the China Civil Promotion Association (CCPA) on December 10, 2023, at the United Nations Newsroom, Climind had the opportunity to present our Large Language Models (LLMs). These models are a part of our ongoing efforts to support NGOs in their crucial work addressing climate change.

Empowering NGOs with Advanced LLMs

The conference, themed "Climate Change Education and NGO Actions," brought together experts from Peking University's Energy Research Institute and leading environmental organizations in China. They presented various case studies and collaborative plans to enhance international cooperation among NGOs in addressing climate change. Climind's founder, Wang Hanyuan, shared insights on "Climind's LLMs Empowering NGOs in Climate Action," highlighting the critical role of technology in advancing global climate goals.

As a United Nations SDG Young Leader, Wang recognized the need for more organizations and individuals to engage in adapting to and mitigating climate change. Climind's LLMs, with their advanced algorithms, serve as a powerful external brain, helping organizations rapidly and comprehensively understand scientific research, societal impacts, and innovative solutions to climate change.

Pre-training LLMs with International Standards

A key feature of Climind's product is its pre-training based on international sustainable standards, such as the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). This enables businesses to disclose and manage their ESG and climate-related information effectively. At the conference, Climind demonstrated the latest advancements in LLM technology and how it can help climate activists access internet resources, stay updated with the latest scientific research, policy changes, and societal trends, and adjust their strategies to respond promptly to urgent climate issues.

Commitment to Climate Action

Climind's participation in this event is a testament to our commitment to bridging the gap between technology and effective climate action. We are dedicated to providing real-time climate data, market insights, risk assessments, and compliance support to our industry clients, helping them lead in the global transition to sustainable energy.
